The Shred Authority

I set up an appointment to have Shred Authority come out to my church and pick up boxes of documents that needed shredding It was scheduled for a Thursday and the receptionist said the driver would call me minutes before they arrived I called Thursday morning to see if they could give me an approximate window but the guy who answered said no but the driver would call me minutes he arrived I waited all day, at great inconvenience, for a phone call that never came The company never showed up or called I called Friday to see what happened and the guy said the truck broke down in the early afternoon There is no excuse for the driver or someone in the office not calling me to advise me that they would not be showing up What horrible and inconsiderate customer service
