Review: I had the siding king do my siding approx. in 2009 and just recently in the back of my home I noticed 10-11 panels of siding were discolored I called them they came out and said it wasn't covered but they would replace the panels for $100 dollars and then said they would power wash the house too for another $200 dollars he asked for the $100 to be paid then so he could order the materials and would be back in a week this was July 16th. I called them right before I left for vacation on the 20th and told them my dad and sister would be at my house and to go ahead and do the siding the man I spoke with was Glenn said they would be there the beginning of the week. They never showed up at all I have called several times and each time I left a message with no return call. I called and called and spoke with a man that answered and he assured me they would be out this was in August they have not come out but cashed my $100 check.Desired Settlement: I would like them to return the $100 to me.

We had gone out several times with several types of siding none of which matched the existing siding. we were also suppossed to go out on a spefic date to power wash however there was a thunder storm and it never got reschduled. A refund of Jen's $100 deposit has been placed in the mail.

Review: I purchased new windows for the entire house from the Siding King. One of the windows was a bow window for the kitchen. One of the casement units must have a bad seal because there is a film and and mold between the 2 layers of glass. A second window in the bedroom has a broken metal piece that holds the window in place and now the window is non-functional. If you try and raise it, it will fall out.Over a 1 month period I called multiple times and was able to speak with "Gary" only twice. I explained the problems and he indicated the kitchen window would be a warranty issue and they would check what needed to be repaired on the second window. At the end of each conversation, Gary promised someone would call me to come out and look at the 2 windows. Each time, there was no call back. I have left multiple additional messages on their voice mail - but no call back. Typically, no one answers the phone and your only option is to leave a message.The cost of all the windows was more than $7,000 and they were paid promptly. Since they sell the products, they should be able to provide assistance to a customer when something needs to be repaired or serviced under warranty. I hope your organization can help resolve this problem.

I would like the company to come out and assess the problems. The kitchen window is clearly a prodict quality issues and it should be replaced under warrantry. If the bedroom window cannot be repaired, the lower casement unit will need to be ordered and replaced.

We contacted Mrs. [redacted] and gave her the window company's sale representives info and phone number as well as leaving several messages with him. This is a fault with the product not the instalation.

The company permissed multiple times to send someone to the house to look at the windows in question. As the place where the purchase was made, they have an obligation to service the products they install - especially when it is a product defect.

Review: Received new gutters on my house last year. Gutters are leaking in the front of the house when it rains. The rain does not go in the gutters. The rain goes between the gutters and the house causing the rain to come in the front door and in the garage. I have been trying to reach The Siding King since last October. I have left numerous messages, with no response from them. Need some help on how to locate or have them come and fix my gutters.Desired Settlement: Fix gutters so they do not leak into my house. A refund of the time and aggravation I have been having to try and locate them or having them call me back

Review: I had a new roof and gutters installed on my house on 7-23-2013. I have been trying to get in touch with them to come back out and fix the gutters. They leak so bad you can't go in or out the front door and the garage. From the water leakin over the front door it has cracked my screen door and the wood is warped and startin torot. I have contacted them this year and they said on numerous times that they would come out and fix the gutters. They still have not fixed them and I do not wish to keep calling them and having them tell me they will be out on certain days and I change my plans and stay at home, but they do not show up. It has been probably over a month sice I have spoken to them. I have the persons cell phone number that I call, because that is the only way to reach him. His cell phone number is [redacted] His name is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I woul like my gutters fixed and not sealed with a caulking that will probably need fixing again. I would also like my screen door replaced and the wood fixed around it also.
