The Sign Shop

I *** *** went in the sign shop because it was by wal mart and I'm by there daily and went in on April 22nd and ordered some yard signs and he said he could get more for less if he ordered from his friend in Texas at a larger printing millHe *** *** quoted me $for sided election type signs and I wrote him a check#*** which did clear immediatelyI waited around days and stopped by and he said any day and gave me the 1st receipt with a tracking number and he said he would call me upon arrival, I said okweeks passed and I went again and was told the same mess again and that he would call me once againweeks passes again and I go by and same story for about until 4th week of August Back in wal- mart again and when I STOP BY AND THEY CAME IN ONLY PRINTED on one side He says (I did not see the signs) so he said he would reorder and call me when they got thereI omitted the fact that I stopped by almost every week in June , July and was told there on the way and ill call when they get thereSo I call one day when at Wal-Mart I called on the cell phone to inquire on my order and he says they have came in again only printed one side again and that now he was going to print the other side to match himself at great cost he muttered just to get me done (this sentence was on phone and he was not at shop) and said the young lady at the shop was working on them now and I thanked him and asked if he could get me or so because this was my whole year advertising budget for my business and he so nicely assured me that he would and he said he would call me in a few days and get me ten or so signsSo I'm in Wal-mart parking lot pulling out onto Lincoln rd and I'm excited my signs are finally in and I go in the Sign Shop and and ask the young lady were she working on my signs for *** *** *** and she did not know what I was talking aboutI then became so incensed that I told her to tell him *** to *** or get off the pot with my $that I had paid him months earlier and she started laughing at me and it kinda pissed me off even more after appxlies and promises in a row So I waited until Sept and recalled him and was told same sack of lies so I threatened to file suit on him in small claims court and he mocked me in text on my phone and said go ahead , other ladies are going to do so as well and then in another back and forth text he accused me of being sexually assertive to his female employee(days later) And I called him names in text because I was so mad to be robbed and lied to and mocked and I have all this on my phone saved.I told him in text today I would praise him if he would honor his word on this dealI today received from his attorney notice that he was filing bankruptcy So he said to me on of the times I went by the shop that he was getting a divorce and all thatSo I don't really no what the bankruptcy paper means but our court day is Nov nd He is still mocking me and the court action in back and forth texts this th day of October All I have for evidence is a cleared check that he deposited

This lady drops a package off and just leaves on a counter for the staff.  We have zero reference to UPS at our facility.  We tried locating her number and the large oversize label is not able to scan by the drivers as we tried to give to them.  Apparently the lady is confused with...

our previous business, we ship all carriers but do not do drop offs.  The lady did come in and we had notes on the box related to trying to reach her.   
The lady is rude and her mistake is not my problem.
