The first part of the complaint is partially correct There was an issue with the measurements being misplaced and the rear of the vehicle was not done but the vehicle was to be brought to us at the owner's convenienceWe expected it to be brought to us when he was in the area. What was not mentioned in the complaint is that when I called the client up to schedule a time to have the back of the vehicle lettered I asked to be paid for the entire jobI told him that the charge was $He was really upset at the cost and asked why it was so much when the previous two jobs didn't cost nearly as muchI informed him that the first two jobs were on the doors of two tow trucks and that to do two doors the cost was $but we did each job for $The third job however was putting lettering on a converted ambulanceThree times as much material was needed to cover the multiple spaces on this vehicle and it took triple the time to do the jobHe still didn't like the price and said that he couldn't afford it so I told him that I would cut the price down to $He said he guessed that that would be ok but what was I going to do about my employee who ordered a tow for his personal vehicle and then canceled it I wasn't in the mood to quibble about it so I said that $would be the bottom priceThe client assured me that he would be by to pay me.Over the next several months I spoke to the client exactly four times about the money he owed me and on each occasion he assured me that he would pay me shortlyI know that I spoke to him four times because once I spoke to him using a particular phone he wouldn't pick up the phone if I called him on that line againObviously he was screening my callsRegardless I would leave a calm and respectful message reminding him about his outstanding debtSo later on I would borrow someone's phone and he would pick up in just a couple of rings not realizing that it was meThen he wouldn't pick up again if I used that phone a second or third time.So last week after waiting patiently for nine months, cutting his bill down by 66%, being lied to four times and leaving about eight messages, I used yet a different phone to call himWhen he picked up the phone after only two rings I had reached my limit of patience, professionalism and civilityI can deal with mistakes that people make I can even understand incompetence or laziness but when someone out and out cheats me and lies to me about it then I figure they have no right to my respectOnce I started to tell this client off he became indignant because of the language that was usingI am surprised that he would expect anything else after this amount of time and his blatant failure to honor his financial responsibilityAs far as the "disputed amount" I told the client to forget the $I don't want his money or anything else to do with him.If you need anything else from my or have any further question feel free to contact me.Scott [redacted] S [redacted]

in the complaint is that when I called the client up to schedule a time to have the back of the vehicle lettered I asked to be paid for the entire job. I told him that the charge was $450.00. He was really upset at the cost and asked why it was so much when the previous two jobs didn't cost nearly as much. I informed him that the first two jobs were on the doors of two tow trucks and that to do two doors the cost was $200 but we did each job for $150. The third job however was putting lettering on a converted ambulance. Three times as much material was needed to cover the multiple spaces on this vehicle and it took triple the time to do the job. He still didn't like the price and said that he couldn't afford it so I told him that I would cut the price down to $300. He said he guessed that that would be ok but what was I going to do about my employee who ordered a tow for his personal vehicle and then canceled it I wasn't in the mood to quibble about it so I said that $150 would be the bottom price. Review: I Went Into The Sign Stop To Get Our Service Unit Lettered, Scott The Owner Did The Measurements And Then Called 2 Weeks Later Saying He Needed The Unit Back To His Shop In State College Because The Measurements Didn't Look Right. We Took The Unit Back To State College (34) Miles Each Way To Have This Re Measured. Not But (2) Different Times This Unit Had To BE Taken Back To Him For Them To Measure It. Then We Had To Call The Owner Scott To Inform Him That They For Got To Do The Decals For The Back Of The Unit. This Was 9 Months Ago. And Today May 24th, 2016 @ 10:01Am Scott The Owner Called Our Office Swearing And Calling Us A Dead Beat, Using The *-Word Etc. I Informed Him The $150.00 That We Owe Him For The Lettering Would BE Paid Once He Has Completed The Job Of OUr Unit. He Stated *- You I'm Not Finishing The Job Of MAking The Deals.
