They have not sent the items back or refunded my money. I spoke with [redacted] on the phone I told him either send the stuff back or refund my money. He said they would refund my money less the 30%. I said fine, do it.  At this point they have stolen from me. The items were returned with all oem packaging including the original box and packing bubbles solid signal sent the items to me in. The entire system was in perfect condition with the exception of the outdoor antenna. It was slightly discolored as cheap white plastic tends to get in the sunlight.  The product was put up and used as directed. I have been emailing them every day inquiring about my money. No response from them. [A default letter is provided here which indicates your rejection of the business's offer.
