Absolute rip off of your money! Pay monthly through US Cellular and when I pay $for a new phone I get sent a refurbished phone that's ear speaker doesn't work! When I call to inform them I get told I have to wait 3-business days for a return label and they won't send the replacement phone until I send back the phone they sent me! So I have to be inconvenienced and either have no phone or get a loaner phoneWaste of my time and money! I wouldn't waste your money using this company!
I have to admit my ignorance in not initially understanding how cellphone insurance works but after this experience never againNot only does this company not guarantee the same model lost/stolen they do not even have an ETA on when they will get new stockThe only option they give is to 'continue calling to find out'After two weeks of follmy model was in stock and it was at this moment that I was informed of the deductibleAs frustrating as this was I finally decided to go through with paying and now I am told that they do accept multiple paymentsWith only one listed phone number as a mode of contact and no other options for resolution I would not recommend dealing with this company

I have to admit my ignorance in not initially understanding how cellphone insurance works but after this experience never again. Not only does this company not guarantee the same model lost/stolen they do not even have an ETA on when they will get new stock. The only option they give is to 'continue calling to find out'. After two weeks of follow-up my model was in stock and it was at this moment that I was informed of the deductible. As frustrating as this was I finally decided to go through with paying and now I am told that they do accept multiple payments. With only one listed phone number as a mode of contact and no other options for resolution I would not recommend dealing with this company.
Review: I called Assurance Solutions at 0618 Central time on 5/29/2014 to pay for my insurance on a phone that had been damaged. The company states that if you complete your order by 830pm the phone will be shipped overnight and you will receive it the next day. I clearly called in before the deadline, however, my phone order was not processed until 930pm at night!! I have called Assurance Solutions 4 times today and they pushed me over to [redacted] stating that they processed it to leave at 1232 that afternoon. However, [redacted] does not show a scan until 930pm that night. This company is lying, and when I asked for proof on their end they refused. I did everything by the book but their customer service while trying to resolve this matter was terrible. I was on hold for 30 minutes once and also told I would be called back by a manager and never did, hence the 4 phone calls.Desired Settlement: Personally I paid $150 to get the phone and that may be the required amount but I wont receive my phone until Monday the 2nd now because the next business day is not until then. It would be great to get some kind of refund but personally I want to speak with someone about how all of the people in that company treated me while trying to find out the solution to this problem.

Review: The insurance company is denying me due to activity on my phone after I reported which is a [redacted] issue. I tried to find my phone first before reporting it. A day later. I told them I can prove I didnt have my phone due to the phone numbers that are not being used. I use my hand set for my employment.Desired Settlement: I want my phone or my insurance money back!
