I have paid The Signature Accounting Group, Inc to complete my [redacted] and my tax returns for 2013 and I have been unable to get Mr [redacted] to send me my tax returns, he did complete [redacted]. He did send me an incorrect tax return and upon emailing him the issues he has not responded and also has not sent a corrected tax return. It was due on October 15th. Also upon uploading 2013 [redacted] he had overwritten all of the information that had been input [redacted] for 2014 and was then unable to recover all the information so all information had to be reentered no thanks to him. Also there will be interest added to my tax bill for the return not being submitted.Product_Or_Service: AccountingDesired SettlementRefund amount for 2013 Fed & State Tax Return that has not been completed(Pro-Rated Monthly) for [redacted], for additional interest for 2013 Tax Return not being filed and having to reenter all information for 2014 [redacted] that was lost due to Mr [redacted] error when it was overridden and could have been saved prior to entering the information for 2013. I would like a refund amount in the amount of $1850.
