I purchased a Singing Machine model number SDL9030DB I had questions in regards to the download of this application with my Mac which the information provided says it is compatible with In addition with this purchase I was supposed to get free songs with my purchase however when you go to the Karaoke Store it will only let you redeem songs and then tells you that you have used up your redemption Don't try to get customer service to help you or answer any questions I have called several times and no one ever answersI typically do not stay on hold more than minutes but I did wait up to minutes to see if I could get assistance and never did I also e-mailed customer service and have never received a response that way either How do you market a product, publish a customer service number and not have anyone respond? In other words no customer service I am not impressed with this company and will return the product to do business with someone who values my business

I just bought an iSM1060BT at Sams Club for my father. It did not come with a flash drive. After spending 45 minutes waiting on the phone for customer service to answer, I finally gave up. If a company is unable to answer the phone within 45 minutes during their posted business hours, then either they are not employing enough staff for their call volume, their products are so bad that they are constantly inundated with calls, or they simply don't care about their customers. Either way, it's a bad sign. The Singing Machine Company has just lost a customer. Congratulations! I will be returning the product to Sams today.

Singing Machine makes a terrible product! Dead out of box. Received a karaoke machine for Christmas and because it's a gift, I don't have a receipt. Singing Machine doesn't care that it won't work even though they have acknowledged that this is a common problem with their machines. They refuse to replace or repair the unit unless I pay for it. Gave me the runaround for a couple weeks. I have finally had enough of the attitude spewed over the phone. Worst customer service.

Don't try to get customer service to help you or answer any questions. I have called several times and no one ever answers. I typically do not stay on hold more than 15 minutes but I did wait up to 30 minutes to see if I could get assistance and never did. I also e-mailed customer service and have never received a response that way either. How do you market a product, publish a customer service number and not have anyone respond? In other words no customer service. I am not impressed with this company and will return the product to do business with someone who values my business.
