Review: I have contacted the Support team to cancel my membership yet no answers recieve.Desired Settlement: I bought this online service on **/8/2013 and requested to cancel it on the [redacted] of September, 2013. The website notes that there is a 30 days money back guarantee. The support team at the company used to answer my questions until I requested to cancel the account. I received no answers so far. I want my $100 back and cancel the monthly payments as well. Although the business is in New York they only provide a UK number which is their other branch: +[redacted]
