We are happy offer [redacted] a refund. He has not asked for one. Our uploading system is down and we have a developer working on it. He does not seem to believe us that this is the case. We have refunded him for his entire order of $177.60. He is welcome to enjoy the shirt and other notebook, on us,...
free of charge. This should cover any cost he incurred. We shipped his completed book back overnight with [redacted] tracking number: [redacted]Sorry the experience was not what he had hoped.
