Due to the issues that our guest had experienced and our desire to retain them as loyal guests, we have traded in the 2009 Dodge Journey and Leased this guest a New 2016 Kia Sorento.

I've confirmed that the check was mailed per Tom and Lance's conversations with the Guest.  It takes time for it to get to her via mail.
