Texas and then hung up the phone. At no point did she offer to change my reservation or state that it is valid for 2 years. This is the first I am hearing this information. This is very disappointing to hear. I can't believe this business is lying about the exchange we had and trying to tell you all that the updates they made after my complaint is the how the website was before I made my reservation. This is just sad and shady.
