In responce to never answering phone - we close at noon on Saturdays and do not have a answering service or machine Every other day we are here from 8am to 5pm and always answer the phone.We had asked him for proof of purchase, which he finally provided several weeks ago Because we did not sell this unit we needed that information before we could process a warranty claim.He picked up the machine on the 26th of September, at not charge to him Our cost for the repairs on this unit was $938.04.?
