On 2 April, a Saturday morning, I went into the Smart Customer Service desk, and filled out paper work to discontinue my monthly contract/billing. I was not provided a copy of paperwork because the cashier say their copier was broken. Billing is done a month head, so a April debt on my card paid for services during the month of May. However on 1 May 2016, the billing continued and I 'm being billed for June 2016. On 3 May a Tuesday evening at 5:15 pm, I when back to Smart Car Wash asked again that my credit card be credited for the 1 May charge for June service. The evening manager said he did not have the code to access the system, however too write my name and the year, make and model of cars on the contract, and he'd get the information to the appropriate individual to credit my card and discontinue the contract. As of 10 May 2016, the Smart Car Wash has not credited my credit card.

the resolution offered to me. They offered to send me a check for 1/2 of what I lost. If I do not receive the check by the end of the week then I will have to reopen this case.

Please see attachment I've had my vehicle inspected by dealer and sun was not the cause of damages as stated by the smart car wash.

To Whom It May Concern,This letter is in response to a complaint with the ID of [redacted].Regarding the validity of this complaint, we could not find any fault of our car wash nor our equipment that would have caused the scratch this customer claims. We worked very closely with this customer to...

determine the cause of the scratches on his car. We showed him on our 16 security cameras, all with different angles, that the given the light color of his vehicle and the lighting, we couldn't see any imperfections both prior to going through the wash and afterwards. After he noticed the scratch and showing him on the cameras, we had him run his car through the wash multiple times, so he can watch for himself on the cameras to determine if he can see the scratches and given the color yellow of his vehicle, and the lighting. It was tough to determine any marks on the car both prior to and after. We could determine if the scratches were caused by our wash equipment so therefore, we cannot assume responsibility.Often, customers are surprised once they get their car washed, and wash the dirt off, to see the scratches on their car, that was previously covered in dirt. In addition, the way our equipment works, it would not cause a scratch on that linear motion on the side of his vehicle, especially a long deep scratch. Our equipment is comprised of the gentlest and safest foam based brushes and rollers that are virtually impossible to scratch a car. It looked more like someone walked by his car, and scratched it with their belt, purse or keys.Since we could not prove that the scratches occurred at our wash, we did not feel we were responsible.
