The Smart Card

Ditto what others have said. Card never showed up. Emails aren't being answered. CC Chargeback process has been initiated.

This is a scam - plain and simple - I placed my order June 4th, 2020 and today is August 17, 2020 and never received it. They are crooks !!

same as everybody else, ordered in May and despite many email and attempts at contact via web page (contacts) still no product or any response from vendor.

I see everyone has the same issue. I do as well. Ordered June 29th, no card. Sent emails - no responses. Status said ordered and nothing else. Waiting another two weeks and requesting full refund from my credit card. Seems like a scam!!!

Ordered mine on 06-29-2020 haven’t heard anything since then.

They never shipped my items nor respond to my emails.

Ordered on June 13th 2020. Two months later and 4 emails with no response the order still hasn't been shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!

Several Emails sent.. never answered. No products recieved.. cant seem to find anyway to contact them

I got my card , but the card won’t link to load my business information. It keeps saying an error has occurred whenever I try linking and the serial number the card comes with keeps coming up invalid. I have tried contacting Smart Card several times through email because there is no other way of contacting them and no response.

They have not shipped my items, and also do NOT respond to any questions.

Placed an order for their Smart Card 2 on May 6, 2020 after seeing their ad on Facebook. Website stated orders are processed within 4-5 business days. I have sent multiple emails and called the company twice to inquire about my order. The company does not have a phone number or physical address listed on their website. The phone number and physical address was listed on my AMEX charge as the company submitted my credit card information for payment via AMEX on May 6, the date I placed the order. I received immediate confirmation on the website Order #***, and email thanking me for my purchase, but no confirmation number in the email.

As the company has not or will not respond to my emails or phone calls where messages were left with my order number and phone number to call back, I am concerned that the company may not be legit. The total charge was $40.45 to my AMEX card.
