I had appointment 9/*/2013 at 11:00 am at Smile Dental. I thought I was seeing a doctor for my toothache instead I was seen by two medical assistants who posed as a doctor. One was name [redacted] and another made up a name beginng with a P flashed me a business card. Then sat me down in a chair took two x rays of my tooth. Then stated to me they could not pull it that I would have to go to another dentist

on Thursday because I had an S shape root and was recommend that I take 4 to 5 Ibuprofen pills a day. That I did not need antibiotics to get my tooth to be extracted. The whole time I was there two girls were unprofessional giggling. The two in the front desk had smirks on their face pretended that nothing was going on. I was charged 50.00 dollars for the visit.
