I am responding to complaint ID # [redacted] for The Sneaker SpyThe customer originally stated they did purchase a pair of sneakers that did not fit He notified us that the shoes were too small and that he was going to send them back We told him we had the next size and that we would send them out to him as soon as we received the small pair back We received the small pair back and sent him the larger pair He then opened a case through [redacted] claiming that he did not authorize the charge We sent [redacted] all the supporting documentation of his original purchase [redacted] closed the claim in our favor We sent him a replacement shoe so I do not understand the nature of the complaint If he wanted a refund he should send back the replacement pair of sneakers we sent him If you require anymore information please contact me Sincerely, [redacted] The Sneaker Spy [redacted]

I am responding to the letter I received that was to inform me that the case was not closed and that there was additional information regarding the case The customer claims we never sent him a replacement pair of sneakers We did send him a replacement pair We tried to reach out to him to see if we had shipped to the correct address and requested a phone number so that we could resolve the issue and he did not provide us with an accurate phone number We tried calling and we got a message that the number was no longer in service We have no problems accommodating our customers, so if he did not receive the replacement pair we can either issue him a store credit or a refund to resolve this issueWe can be reached via email at *** or by phone at ###-###-#### Thank you so much for your attention regarding this matter.Sincerely,*** *** *** ***

Review: I ordered a pair of sneakers from this company that arrived and were to small after several emails requesting return authorizations I was told to send the sneakers back and have yet to receive a refund. I have tried calling and emailing about the refund and no one from the company has responded. There is tracking number for the return as well as emails communications. This company has the sneakers in there possession and will not issue a refund or contact me to resolveDesired Settlement: I would like a refund.
