Bought a brand new mower from this place and it was a nightmare They couldn't even deliver it in good conditionDamaged, broken parts that a blind man could have picked outGot the run around trying to get my money back! Called their store and after being on hold for minutes the owner got on the line and she told me that she doesn't deal with customer's problemsNice way to treat your customers!!! I would highly recommend buying elsewhere if you want good customer service and quality! My worse experience ever buying consumer goods!!
I purchased a Stihl chainsaw from them back in the mid-90s Recently, I was doing some maintenance on the saw and found that it needed a part replaced Westenbroek didn't have the part on hand, so they had to order it No big deal When I went to pick up the $13-part, the total amount was almost $20! I asked about it and was told that it was a "special order charge." They charged me $to "special order" a part that came in with their regular parts order Never again!
they are not to be trusted, they will say one thing to you to get your business and then lie about that and say they never said thatthey will also not service items in order, they will fix them as they see fit...which ones will make them the most money will come first and putt other smaller charging items down the list to be fixed whenever they get around to itthe cashiers are rude if you don't do as they say and will skip by you if your not "nice" to themI live very close by them and will always be glad to drive past them to use any other business even though it may be farther awaythey have many complaints against them that are not listed, I wouldn't suggest them to my worst friend
