See attached copies of the two orders placed by the customer in questionThey ordered YM jerseys which we filled and delivered (accurately)There are clearly listed options for youth and adult on the size grid customers use to place these orders and they clearly chose the youth medium option Those jerseys are custom numbered as ordered for each individual and as she ordered the incorrect size for her two sons unfortunately we would require them to be ordered and paid for again (there is a note about not being able to return personalized items when those orders are placed through our online system) I and another employee discussed this with the customer while they were in the shop, showed them that the mistake was on their end and offered to get them another set of jerseys at a discounted rate but they walked out and later placed an order for sets of practice tee shirts in the correct sizes which were again delivered accurately/in a timely manner I appreciate your assistance with this matterPlease feel free to reach out to me with any additional questions Thanks, [redacted] The Soccer Corner
