Review: The merchant does not properly display or communicate their return/exchange policy. They do not offer refunds and will only exchange merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date. Their so called 'policy' is posted on a piece of paper around the corner of the main register/counter. It is not clearly visible to consumers and cashiers do not communicate the policy at the time of purchase.

All the merchandise is in the same condition it was when purchase and can be resold as 100% new. Due to the lack of proper policy communication, I want the full amount refunded.

Company states that their return policy is posted by the registers and is explained to the customers by each of his employees upon check out. Their return policy only allows for exchanges within 15 days of purchase and no refunds. Consumer was aware of the return policy when making the order and upon picking up his merchandise.
