Unbeknownst to the customer who filed the Revdex.com complaint, as well as the order fulfillment group at Soccer Stop, the Team Manager responsible for the customer's son's soccer team had picked up a large portion of the team order, including all but
the customer's warmup jacket and pants and a pair of black practice shorts
With that noted, historically what we, Soccer Stop do is to work toward getting all of our customer teams and individuals the uniform components needed to play in a game, i.e., jerseys, shorts and socksThis, of course, is totally dependent upon our supplier, in this case *** providing us the quantities of product we had ordered in the December, 2015, timeframe for satisfying the contract Nike had entered into with the *** *** ClubOnce we have done all that we can to get players outfitted for game play, we turn our focus to customizing each customer team and individual warmup ordersAs well, if we have the product available from Nike, we also fill whatever else we are able to complete along with the warmupsOur rationale, which is shared with the club officials and team managers, is that warmups aren't necessarily needed in the July and August months so we target completing the warmups and other remaining items during the September month
The contact for the order that included the customer filing the Revdex.com complaint is not the customer herself, rather, we communicate status, and arrange for pickup or shipment of the order directly to the team manager's exclusively via email and, as time permits, voice communications
We are sincerely sorry for the frustration this process caused this customer and conversations have taken place between our Owner/General Manager and the customer
