Hello, my name is [redacted]. I am the Assistant Property Manager at The Social. In response to the complaint that has been filed, at this time the issue has received our full attention. The resident who filed the complaint was contacted by myself and the course of action that followed was that...

their roommate was issued a 7 day notice and her guarantor was also notified. The previous manager, [redacted] whose name was mentioned in the initial complaint no longer works for our company. Thank you.

Attachment "SKM..." is the copy of the lease that they have provided me. However, they can't seem to find the copy that I actually signed that, on page 9 - section 1.e, stated that the billing would be via a third party billing company and would be based on monthly usage. I didn't realize until now...

that there was an expiration date on the copy that they sent me where I had electronically signed it. I also attached "lease email" which is a picture of the e-mail they sent me with the lease which has expired. The notification picture is of the notification that they posted on our doors. The "amount owed" picture shows that I owe $200 for the electricity that they state I owe for, however, if they were to go by the written statement they made on the post I would owe $160. There has been no notification, written or verbal, that it should be $50 instead. I am currently still trying to locate the e-signed copy of lease.
