The Soda Fountain

My friend and I went to have dinner at this establishment. We were seated in a section that was closed, so when the waitress *** came to greet us (5 minutes after we were seated) she started with “you ready to order?” So we all order our food and drinks, the drinks take several minutes to get to our table. She also forgot to bring us silverware and the rest of the table setting. When our food finally came out, she forgot all of our condiments, and one entree. A friend of mine ordered a cocktail that she brought over with all the food. Upon her dropping the food off, and going to get the forgotten entree, my friend found 2 hairs in his meal. One on the garnish in the drink, and the other on his fries. When he received his entree, it too, had a hair in it. He politely asked the waitress to take the food back, and she said “none of our cooks even have hair so?” And said she would get a manager. She went to “speak” with the manager three separate times, and he never did come over to the table and talk to us. She was refusing to inform the manager of exactly what was going on, and did a poor job of trying to correct the situation.
