We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may have been experienced however the delays on this vehicle were on the part of the vehicle owner and the insurance companyThe customer did in fact have the rental car for a week before bringing the vehicle to the shop for repairs also the insurance company delayed one week in sending us the information that we needed to begin repairs on the vehicleThis was a larger job than initially estimated and there were several supplemental damagesAgain we apologize for any inconvenience but we can not accept responsibility for the delay and we did make every effort to compensate for any losses even though they were not caused by us
