The Solar Exchange

My problem with solar Exchange begun on 01/29/2016 when I signed a $5,222.00 contract with them to replace a damaged wind turbine & paid them $2,611.00.

Well now it is 03/28/2016 and they still have not installed my new wind turbine, and even contacted Me as to when they do so.

It looks like I may have to take legal action in order to get them to do the install or to get my money back!

Can the Revdex.com help in any way?

The Solar Exchange installed my system in 2011. They were recommended to me and on that advice I requested a quote on the system and agreed to use them for my installation despite the long geographical distance away from my home. They had no problem coming the distance to install however they have not been helpful will subsequent problems/issues that have come up though the use of their system and refuse to come the same distance to follow up with said issues. Currently, a little over 3 years later my panels are not functioning properly and The Solar Exchange has no desire to help. This is disappointing after spending so much money on this system. I would be wary of using them.
