The Solar Guys

I Had a solar tube installed by the solar guys, the installation went well the installer kept the area clean and it took him about hours to complete the jobA few months down the road I noticed some dead insects on the glass and decided to clean itTo my surprise I was unable to remove the glassI started researching the removal process to no availI visited the home and garden show and stop by the solar tube guys booth and had them show me how to remove the glassI went home and tried again to no availSo I dicided to call them for some help since it was evidently improperly installedThey are willing to come and fix it only if I pay a $service callNot the support that I expected

I have three Solar tubes which has made a real difference in my house,making it much lighter. I thought I wanted another one in my living room and asked the opinion of the technician that came to my house to check something else for me. He pointed out to me that where I wanted the solar tube placed would make my fan unusable because it would give the effect of a strobe light and he didn't think I would be happy. I really appreciated his honesty instead of just agreeing with me and making the sale. I would and do recommend the Solar guys to friends.
