Review: I submitted an order to The Sole Closet on Feb 21st 2014, with the policy being that my order for [redacted] 10's would ship within 48hrs, or I would be notified otherwise. I hadn't heard anything and began submitting requests for my order to be cancelled and refunded, which was responded to for the first time on March 19th 2014, stating the order would be cancelled and refund processed. It wasn't and after the standard 3-5 business days passed, I wrote back again, no response. A few days after, on March 28th I sent my last correspondence after seeing the order was still in "awaiting fulfillment" status, told them I wanted it cancelled and refunded immediately. As of today, April 4, 2014 the order is still showing "awaiting fulfillment" and my $250 has yet to be refunded.Desired Settlement: I want the order cancelled and my funds refunded immediately.

I have made numerous phone calls and left messages (at least 4) and my sister made contact w "Javon" Aug 27 he said he would check w customer serv and call her back. I have also sent 2-3 emails and have not received a responseDesired Settlement: $170.00 complete refund

Review: Order [redacted]: On July 5, 2014, I placed an order for a men's size 8 pair of KD [redacted] sneakers, the money ($275) was withdrawn from my account on July 7 (per [redacted]). After weeks of no response or order update I requested a refund via email and voicemail. Finally on July 21st I received an emailed response from "[email protected]" stating that they would process my refund. Again weeks went by where I called and emailed the company and received little to no response. On August 1st the issue was supposedly forwarded to the owner (whom I called and never received an answer from). August 7th here is his reply:

I provided my number and I've been waiting ever since. It is now August 12th and NOTHING has happened. On their site as of July 23rd my order (#[redacted]) was updated to "refunded," yet I've yet to receive a refund.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund in the full amount of $275.
