[I was not, trying to conceal a childNowhere, on Somerset House website does it read, “No Children”, “No Children allowed “or “Adults Only”. Why would I consider, a freethinking city (Provincetown) would discriminate? When I checked in, I was not being deceitful, charging my phone and laptop, while on a business teleconference (the lobby had the closest electrical outlets). Sincerely,Ms*** ***

her balance (without force) and then I offered to take her to her roomShe said she had something to do on her computer so I waitedI had to leave the office (I was away minutes) so I had one of my staff take over till I returnedWhen out of the office the guest's partner came in with the grandchild and asked to use the bathroomWhen I returned my staff informed me that the couple had a toddler with themThis is the first I was hearing about the childI then asked the guest if she had a child with her and she replied yesI asked how old and she replied I then informed her that we do not allow children under the age of stay at the innI can assure you this policy is listed on our websiteI then asked her when was she going to tell me about the child and she did not respondThis guest had her hour drive to call and tell me about her grandchild but she chose not to callShe could have told me prior to checking in or during the minutes she spent at the inn working on her computer but once again she chose not to tell meShe only told me when I questioned her. [The deceitful proprietor is greedy and would like us to believe the farced he played on me that Friday.  I am recommending that he refund my deposit or the balance I paid when I checked in..]

A response below to the rebuttal by the guest. The guest has repeatedly stated that she did not know about our 'no children policy'. I would refer her to our website and the policies page which I have provided a link to. I still assert again that the guest had plenty of time to inform me of her grandchild. When she signed the registration card at check in she did not mention that the 2 people she was signing for had become 3.
