Part of the application fee goes toward criminal background checks, and we compare the results of these checks with the details of the corresponding section on each lease applicationWhen we performed a criminal background check with the information you provided, we found eight charges—seven of which were pleaded guilty to—filed against you on dates ranging from December to April The charges alone wouldn't necessarily have disqualified you from renting one of our unitsRather, your unwillingness to be completely forthcoming on your application guaranteed the revocation of our initial offer as well as your forfeiture of your application deposit and other feesWe hope this resolves the matter, and we wish you the best of luck in the futureBest regards, SunRidge Management Group, Inc

I am rejecting this response because: the charges that were there where the charges on the app were asking for felonies which I do not have so I was in the right
