I placed an order for an inflatable boat ***. They debited 556.00 from my account immediately and that was that. I have called the number on the website about 30 times with no answer "mailbox is full". I have sent at least 3 emails simply asking for a tracking number, no reply. I have turned them in to my bank for fraud. ***. It's been 10 days with not even a simple reply or tracking number.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago for ~$160. No status update, no shipping info. Emails go unanswered, their phone just goes to a "voicemail full" message. OH and I was billed a $4 international purchase fee to add insult to injury. Turns out this seller is based in Canada even though their web site is "Autoparts Source USA". No. mention of this or the fee on their web site.

I purchased fender flares for my *** mid June 2020. Something seemed off about the shipping info. Have been trying to contact them by email for 2 weeks and phone answering is full. *** they took the *** money pretty quick for someone going out of business.

I placed an order June 12/20 they took my money but no delivery. They do not respond to calls or emails. Voice mail is full.!

Ordered parts, no parts came, no customer service, phone number not valid.

On June 8, 2020 I ordered a fire pit, $106.00. On June 10, I received an email that it was shipped. I was told a tracking number would be provided. No tracking number. I have sent two emails and made numerous phone calls to the number provided, 888-507-1009. It goes straight to voice mail. I have checked my credit card and the charge was made on June 10.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money refunded to my credit card.

I ordered a 4 bike platform style bike rack from them on 6/4/20 I received an email saying it was getting shipped and to click on a website called shop it gives the order number and payment which was 178 dollars but no tracking number so I called several time and got voice mail I left several messages with no response I emailed several times and no response they took my money and I have no bike rack I want a refund they claim on there website your order will have a tracking number but *** there is none.

I ordered struts for 2008 *** online for $334.59 on June 3 2020
I received conformation of my order. No shipping info has been sent and I get no response when I call or email to cancel my order.

Thank you, I received an email from the source truck and car parts ltd.
I seem to have got a refund, but I still was not able to speak to anyone. That company does not respond to email or answer phone calls.

placed an order - nothing shipping, no response from business despite
multiple attempts to contact them both by telephone and email.

Order headlights and turn signals on may 8th, they text said it shipped on may 11th 2020 never received my order, I have called them and left messages repeatedly. I have emailed them over 5 times as well. They also won't send no tracking information so I feel they took my money and kept product. Order#XXXX X/8/20. Paid $98.09 by fiance debit card through her bank. Central bank sedalia missouri

Want lights or full refund. And they need to learn honesty and communication

I have attempt to contact the company multiple times with no response. According to their website, "During the COVID-19 crisis, use email for a faster response within 24 hours". Additionally, their website states same day shipping (arrive up to 5 days) and tracking # provided. Neither of these occurred. My order was placed on 6 May. I have also attempted to call the company and have not received a response. Requesting full refund.

I purchased a stationary exercise bike from this company. They allow you to check on tracking information through an app called *** I did not want to download the app because it has severe privacy issues and I wasn't comfortable using it. I reached out to the company regarding the tracking and they stated that they would give that to me the next day. Six additional days have gone by with no response. I've emailed the owner, ***, 5 times, left 3 voicemails and called an additional 5 times.

I caved and downloaded the *** app for tracking information. It said that tracking information for this order is unavailable. At this point, I'm a bit worried that I've been *** and that my order isn't going to arrive. After a few more days of no response, I will be doing a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.

I just want my item and a response from the company. I'm not asking for much, just simple transparency.

I ordered an item off of their website. It was offered as pay no shipping, the money has left my bank account, I have received an email confirming my purchase. This was 2 weeks ago now and I haven't heard anything or seen anything. I have made multiple attempts to call them and email them and no one has responded or answered.

I would like the item that I have purchased however if this is not available I would like a full refund to go purchase it somewhere else.

I ordered mirrors from this business. The tracking number they gave me from FedEx was for an address somewhere in Kentucky USA. I live in Canada. I tried 4 times via email and phone to reach this business. Eventually I Recieved a call about a week later from a man named ***. He said someone entered the wrong tracking information and he would correct it and I would have the package soon. The tracking information was never updated, I did not receive any package and any I have called countless times and emailed them and got no response. My last email said if you cant provide me with any information please cancel my order. I did not receive a response.

I called the number back that *** called from and it comes up as *** vacations XXX-XXX-XXXX no one answered.

My order was confirmed Feb 14 2020 last time I contacted them was Mar 3 2020 and the only time someone contacted my was Feb 28 2020 from said vacation company.

I have all emails and receipts to submit upon your request.

I just want my money back seeing I didn't get anything yet paid $450 to this company.

An order was placed for 02/10/2020 for $10.73 and have not yet received item or tracking information. I have sent emails to get a status on 02/21/2020 and 02/24/2020. I have also called the number listed on the website 888-507-1009 on 02/24/20, 02/26/2020 and 02/28/2020 and they never answer but I have left messages and have not heard from anyone. The product ordered was "Car Light 8LED DRL Fog Driving Daylight Daytime Running LED White Head Lamp Ã? 1". The only email I received from them was on 02/09/2020 indicating that the item was on its way and have not heard of them since then.

I am requesting a tracking order for the item and if none can be provided I am requesting a full refund for the item.
