I received poor costumer service from this store especially from the Manager. All the running around between*** Rep. and The Source Manager.
My complaint is against ***. & their Authorized Dealer The Source Store in North Battleford. On July 17,2019 I decided to upgrade my cellphone (CP). I chose the *** @ The Source. But after 5days the CP was DEAD, not charging, nothing showing in the screen. On that same day July 22, 2019 I went to The Source. This time I was assisted by the manager. You can sense he wasn't very helpful in giving me options. So I end up picking same model ***. The CP was working well until 10days same thing happen DEAD & I quickly called *** Support Line 1-800-*** & a Rep. assured me that I can have it switch/exchange & stay the same plan. So went back to the Source same day August 3, 2019. The manager was in disbelief & quick to comment that I was plugging it in short circuit. I asked him if was accusing me damaging but he was quick to rephrase his comment. He initially refused to do something but I told him I phoned ***. & narrated the Rep advices. He phoned the ***. & we were on the phone with *** Rep. *** employee # *** for more than one hrs to confirmed if I made a call but theres no record. I could see the Manager was directed to exchange but manager was argumentative to *** Rep. so I opted to return the product & cancel the 2years contract but manager refused to do so. Then *** end up referring me to call the *** NSC for cancellation & return. I left the store so exhausted & stressed. The next day Aug 4, 2019 I called ***. NSC & spoke to Rep *** employee # ***. I asked her to check if there was communication noted yesterday , she replied none. So I explained & she consulted her Coach. They identified both product are DOA (dead on arrival) & the 2nd activation date was July 22,2019 & I should be covered with the 15days return policy but can only be done @ The Source.After an hour some day I went back to the Source again the Manager called the *** & talked to Rep *** confirmed this a note of communication but no DOA note and it must be written by the *** Tech Departmentt Specialty Team only. The manager refused to do something again and pushed back the unit to me. I lost my patience & walked out from the Source.

Desired Outcome

I firmly would like to return the product without hassle & terminate the contract no charge. I refused to deal again with The Source especially the Manager in North Battleford. I would request from the Source Management to send the Manager of North Battleford to intensive costumer service training and how to problem solve.
