Terrible builder. He starts off with a lot of empty promises, and then after about a year in the home, you start to see the "quality" of work he produces. If there was a lemon law for houses, I would have a law suit for this cheat. He uses cheap materials and produces crappy work. Don't believe me, send me an email, and I'll prove it with pictures. I've been in this house for less than 3 years, and every day I find work that was not completed or just was done so badly it needs replacing. I'd advise anyone concidering doing business with Mr. [redacted] to do elsewhere. I tried calling him to address issues, and he refuses to return my calls. He doesn't reply to emails, and he I doesn't stand behind his work. As a military member, I feel taken advantage of, and I am doing everything I can to ensure other servicemen/women are not victimized by his cheating ways. ANYONE feel free to reach out to me for comment! I am very honest about this process, and will do anything I can to ensure you do not make the same mistakes I did.
