TSLG invoice exceeded contract price by almost 30%The contract I signed with TSLG for Landscape Improvements on 6/16/14 was for $4,543. That contract had no provision for additional work except for irrigation (none performed). When the project was completed, I received an invoice for $5,875 dated 8/26/14. I paid the contract amount and requested detail on the additional $1,332. I did not receive a satisfactory response to that request. I did receive 2 past due invoices for $1,332 - dated 10/31/14 and 1/31/15. In early 2015 TSLG engaged a debt collector - [redacted]The contract I signed had no provision for the additional work/charges and I was never notified before the work was performed that there would be additional charges. I do not believe they have any legal basis for a bill that was 30% in excess of the signed contract amount.Desired SettlementCease attempted debt collection and notify me in writing that the work they performed has been paid for in full.
