Dishonest shady business with zero customer services. Webpage states "We are a wholly owned subsidiary of The Southwestern Companies, Inc., A Nevada Corporation", no such company could be found online.

I contacted them for Refi, explaining my expectations before creating refi docs. I asked for a Good Faith Estimate but was told to fill out a form and provide all supporting documents, which I did and received unexpected refi documents to sign (6K added to my loan amount as refi cost), when I asked for details of 6K, no explanation was provided. I called and left voicemails (wanted to talk to a supervisor), no calls returned but received following email reply from Mr. Scott [redacted] Tucker:

"Southwestern is more of a priced driven internet based mortgage broker. Thank you for applying and good luck to you."

Their Corp license (01264907) has expired on 10/20/15
