Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This response is a complete falsehood and I have witnesses who were present and would be willing to attest to my original complaintI NEVER scheduled a 9:AM appointment on January 7th because my husband, who is a local business owner works EVERY Saturdsy until 12:Her statement sounds good, but the truth remains, this is a business that will not last in this community especially when it is being operated by unprofessional people using deceitful practicesI am currently filing a complaint with the Revdex.com of Central Florida against the marketing company DBA The Turner Marketing Agency regarding reimbursement for SERVICES NOT RENDRRED! I am not the only teacher who went through the same issue with The Spa at Bartram Walk and this owner doesn't have to worry, with all of the spas available in the greater Jacksonville area, I would NEVER go to that establishment, and thanks to Socisl Media, neither will any of my family or friendsOnce again, I stand firmly on my original complaint and would be willing to testify in a court of law under oath that I was ripped off and ave not been reimbursed for the &I lost in this scam [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern,The following is our response to the complaint filed by *** *** regarding her interaction with our business. She did call in November with a very difficult request of having both her and her husband receiving services at the same time on the same day on Christmas
break (our busiest time of year). We were booked out for the month of December since the early part of November as ALL of our appointments whether by gift card, marketing or recurrent customer are ALWAYS first come first serve As I read through her complaints, there were several truths that she neglected to state. As we do not provide spa services before 10:AM on Saturdays we still obliged her difficult request and made a tandem appointment at an hour that was not our usual operating hour. She and her husband were in fact booked for an appointment with two (2) of our staff members on Saturday, January at 9:AM for a Facial (husband), at 9:00 for a Swedish Massage (her), at 10:AM they would switch services This required three employees at five (5) billable hours. This appointment was, as all of our appointments, confirmed with a phone call and/or voice mail and/or email and/or text message on the previous day She chose not to show up for her confirmed appointment at 9:AMand did in fact call at around 10:AM that day. She was told that she had missed her appointment I spoke to her the following Monday and explained to there the fact that we had accommodated her in every way possible even going above and beyond by scheduling her and her husband at an unusual hour with two providers on call. I was never rude, condescending or accusatory in the conversation. I in fact made every attempt to resolve the issue with her. There are several points I have to make regarding her baseless complaint.We DO NOT have any sort of formal or informal policy as to which types of clients have priority over our schedule. Prioritizing clients is simply too complex to do in our kind of business and we treat every client with the same courtesy and respect. Her allegation that another client called and was immediately given an appointment because she did not have a spa certificate is simply untrue because our associates NEVER ask for the method of payment when an appointment is scheduled In fact, we find out that our clients are using a gift certificate or a credit card to pay when they check out after the service has been completed.We went above and beyond in trying to accommodate *** *** by making an appointment for her outside of our operating hours. An appointment that was confirmed and she decided not to show up for.I then tried to resolve the issue with her again after she was rude and confrontational with my staff on Saturday when she no showed. She was again dismissive and confrontational.She did challenge her credit card bill successfully and was not out any money for her follies. We, however, had to pay for employees to show up at 9:AM and wait for her two hours when she no showed.We strive to accomodate all of our clients to the best of our abilities but we do recognize that there are people that will never appreciate this We believe *** *** is one of those people and she will not be welcomed into our place of business again.Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to call me personally.Sincerely,*** ***OwnerSalon and Spa at Bartram Walk

Her statement sounds good, but the truth remains, this is a business that  will not last in this community especially when it is being operated by unprofessional people using deceitful practices.
