Review: In early december, 2012, I purchsed a 100.00 gift certificate for a couples massage for my daughter-in laws birthday.
Several times she told me she tried to set up an appointment for this massage but was informed there were limited times when 2 massage therapist
were availabe to provide this service, times were limited to midde of the afternoon during the week, very difficult for people who work. on two occasions
she was able to scheduel an appointment, but having it canceled by the spa.
Toward the end of march she suggested I get a refund for the gift. At that time I began the process of getting my refund. The purchase was made
on line on Dec. 7, 2012, with a sale ID [redacted]. I reported this to [redacted] and after much explaining and emailing the receipt for my purchase, was told
my credit card would be refunded within a week.Approximately two weeks ago I called and left a message for [redacted] to call me back reqarding my refund.I still haven"t
heard from anyone and haven't received my refund.
