Probably a good product, but...
Their products may be wonderful but make sure you know they have a NO REFUND policy. Let me explain my experience. My whole time at their facility (a shop in an indoor section of a flea market) was spent in a salon chair where I was seated after being invited in by someone outside the store. I was treated to many of the skin enhancing products, was pleased with the results and ended up purchasing many of the products. The entire purchase process took place while I was seated in the salon chair. The sales person brought a clipboard to me and asked that I review the information for accuracy and sign on the bottom. As he was standing there waiting the whole time, I reviewed the information (a list of the products I was purchasing, and my personal information), then quickly signed at the bottom when I then saw sentence below my signature where I selectively read the words "within 30 days". I did not receive a copy of that document and didn't think any more about it.
That transaction was followed by the sales rep bringing a portable credit card processor for me to sign, which I did and was told the receipt would be emailed.
When I returned home with the unopened products, I thought more about the time involved in using the products as instructed and realized I could not fulfill that commitment. As I intended to return them and had no receipt, I checked my email and, much to my surprise, saw that under the signature area was a NO RETURN policy statement that was below and out of sight when I was signing. I returned to the store to return the products protesting that they had no signage anywhere on the walls of the spa stating their NO REFUND policy, and that I was returning them within three days of the "Federal Cooling Off" rule. The sales rep then gave me a copy of the first document I had signed which had the NO REFUND statement under my signature. It was then that I saw that the "within 30 days" only referred to exchanges. After offers of exchanges and a final settlement amount, I declined all and am pursuing this using other avenues, such as social media.
I have no issue with the products as I didn't open/use any of them when I returned home.
My issue is where the NO RETURN policy displays in the signature process, which is basically after you've signed the documents and then are not given a copy to review at the point of the sale.
