I will reiterate that fact that I was not the owner of the previous business nor am I the owner of the current location I am employed at. I have attached a sample copy of the digital receipts showing that the previous location does not offer refunds.I have sought legal council and since I was merely a manager acting on behalf of a company I feel that the costumer should Persue this matter with themAs a former employee I would even offer testimony to help her obtain her refund. With that stated, She has been offered from my new place of employment to honor her gift certificateWe are prepared to work with her with any service she desires, including massage. we understand that she purschased a gift card, from my previous work place, and we are more than willing to honor it for more than what it is worth with services and products at my current work place to resolve this matter if she is experiencing buyers remorse and simply wants her money back that is not something we can do not is it a valid Revdex.com complaint

I'm not satisfied until I receive a refund and will continue to report him and bring him down till I do. I have other people who he also wronged. He's not even a massage therapist. I bought for one of his workers he contracted to do the massage and no longer works there therefore it was her money he took and never paid her. I want a refund that is all.

I was the former manager at The Spa in Alamogordo. I am now a stylist at a new location. Even though I am at a new location, I am still honoring all coupons and gift cards. I apologize that this client is upset however it was explained to her that we are not the old location but would still honor...

her gift card. Even the old location still offers massage and may honor her gift card. We invite her to come in and we will make sure she receives her service and with some free upgrades. Thank you.
