I am a consumer in the West Coast area, and when I called the company phone number, I was told that I was in a different state, so therefore I wasn't going to be able to be assisted. 12 Hours later the Owner called me and apologized, and told me he would be able to help me, by facetime to try and at least figure out the problem. I proceeded with his help, and came to a conclusion of what he thought was the problem. He offered to send me out the part that he thought was wrong , and that he would guide me through it all upon receiving the part through Facetime . The part was accurate and now I have a Solana Spa that works amazing.. Thank you Spa Guy (Buck ) I appreciate the loyalty and commitment from a different state. I would recommend your company to anyone in state or out of the state.. :) You are amazing ..
