After visiting the Melbourne location of the Spa King twice we decided to order a new double lounge Water's Edge Hot tubWe paid $plus $delivery chargeWe ordered a Tuscan color for the spa and a Mocha cabinet to be delivered on 07/23/The hot tub that was delivered was the wrong color ( Sterling ) and the cabinet was very noticeably scratchedI have complained and sent pictures of the damage and the color mistake with no responseBuyers please be careful !
I would like to thank the owners of the spa king for placing that ad in the press journal. It allowed me to meet the employees and see the refurbished hot tubs that were available. [redacted] was just great in assisting me in choosing the right hot tub and the owner and chad, handled the delivery with ease. They even responded to my early morning call, when my electrician was onsite to assist in the hookup. The spa looks great and works great. Thanks to all for making my purchase a great experience.
