I am rejecting this response because:There was no breach of contract with his companyWe paid extra for the delivery through the spa dealer primo spas who then contracted and paid himHe needs to check his contract lawHe's wrong againThere was access according to my deck companyHe told me to get them to make 1/inch space They came out and did thatI called him back showed him photo then he said the stair posts are in wayI cut them off myself sent him picture then he said be couldnt come back for a weekIt appears he was in such a hurryHe said he delivers in new Braunfels all the timeHow difficult can it be to drop by and move spa to the deckToo difficult for him but not *** *** who came out next day and quickly moved it to my deckGreedy business like him just don't belief in customer serviceJust how quickly he can make his money and move on to the next job Breach of contract really that's all you have as rebuttalYou have plenty of anger and fight and unprofessional behavior which is uncommon in business worldRemember what your doing trying to resolve an issue as a business man,stop acting like a tyrant, you don't have any power over meIf your not willing to work this out then I want the complaint to remain on your Revdex.com record as unresolvedI have nothing else to say to people like youThat's my final answer!

Please refer to your signed contract. You were in breach of contract in the following areas:"Delivery access must be flat, level and clear of any obstacles prior to delivery.""The removal of obstructions is the responsibility of the owner.""All debris, limiting or blocking access to or on setup location should be removed prior to delivery.""If we attempt to deliver your spa and the yard is not fully prepared, we may be forced to charge for a second delivery or waiting time." Aa result of the lack of access on delivery, we are rejecting owner's refund of $as this is the rate the crew would have charged for a second trip

I'm sorry your experience with The Spa Mover Company was less than perfect. It's unfortunate that you incurred multiple complications with your decking company previous to your spa delivery. (see photos)However, our delivery crew made MANY attempts to delivery your hot tub in a timely...

manner. After 2 separate cancelations by the customer, attempting to get the spa delivered promptly was becoming more and more complicated. (see photos)We strive to work around our customer's schedule, when possible. However, we rely on the customer to hold true to a scheduled date. Due to this customer's multiple short notice cancelations, our crew had to scramble to rearrange an already full week to satisfy his delivery needs. Per customer's contract between them and their hot tub dealer, **it is the customer's responsibility to have adequate room to receive a hot tub.** This customer had 94" of space cut out of a deck for a 94 inch 1,000lb hot tub. This lack of wiggle room gives our crew 0% margin of error. Meaning the chance of damage to an extremely heavy $10,000 brand new hot tub is likely. Contrary to the customer's response, the delivery crew did not ask for another 1 1/4 inches of room.  The crew made the customer aware of only having 1/4 inch of space to fit a hot tub in. This amount of space was inadequate to install a hot tub.In the end, the customer was upset that the hot tub was not properly delivered by his Mother's Day deadline, NOT because of The Spa Mover error but because of decking contractor delays and mismeasurements.We had to place the hot tub on site, per dealer requirements, with the promise of coming back after deck was adjusted. The customer did not want to wait on our schedule and hired another company. We hope this information has been beneficial to anyone attempting to have a hot tub delivered and contract a deck build in unison. Thank You [redacted] [redacted]The Spa Mover Company[redacted] direct
