I am rejecting this response because: To quote this owner "it will be completely gone over and everything will work before I send it out"The owner finally showed up September 27th with only a brief window of notice and left after unplugging the secondary control (there was never any discussion of any kind of remote??)He stated he had three of this model in his shop and would try to find us a replacementNo further communication was received from this owner until this (expletive deleted) responseThis spa was delivered August 19thI spent a great deal of time sending emails to the sales person, *** ***, trying to meet the demands for pictures and error codesIt took me filing this complaint to get the owner's attention and over a month for the owner to partially repair this faulty unitThis business should receive a poor rating from the Revdex.com as this owner has no desire to make good on any of his representationsAnyone working with this company will need the help of the Revdex.com just to receive partial efforts to fix any problems with this company
I ( The owner) said from the very begining that we do not gaurentee remotes to work. I said I would check to see if I had an extra one but never promised to replace it .The spa is in working order. We try to make everyone happy but this time it is just not...
