My experience with City Tele Coin seems to be the for this companyVery expensive phone calls (over $for minutes), outrageous fees ($to add funds each time, connection fee each call, monthly statement fee which is how they take care of that pesky remaining few dollars in your account, $refund fee if you ask for the remaining funds back, etc), and they seem to have a monopoly because they are the only choice for phone calls at the facility where my son isI understand that jail is a punishment, but I was unaware it was supposed to be a punishment for the entire familyWith City Tele Coin as the phone provider, it becomes a punishment and a financial burden on the entire family of the person that is in jailI do not recommend anyone use this company if there is another option at allThe customer service reps you speak with are rude and not very helpful, and the company is making a fortune off the misfortune of family members
