I ordered 4 shirts from this company, which advertises that their products are ethically made, 100% cotton, and that their goal is to empower women and that "We want you to love your items, so if anything you buy isn't perfect, just let our friendly support team know over live chat and they'll do everything in their power to fix the problem or give you a full refund." Now, I received 3 shirts with the tags BLATANTLY ripped out, so not only could they not be 100% cotton, there are no wash instructions and there is no way of knowing if they are ethically made or if they just bought some cheap t-shirts and printed onto them. The fourth shirt had a tag, a brand which I own many shirts from other merchandise type sites (***), and was the wrong size than what I ordered. I reached out hoping to be offered a solution considering the whole order is a company error, and all I was told in response was to return the order for a full refund, using my money to pay the return shipping. No other solution was offered, which is really disappointing, first off, and second off, very bad customer service because it is not my error that resulted in my dissatisfaction, it is the companies misrepresentation of their items and lack of attention paid to sending out the correct size.

Desired Outcome

Refund I just want a full refund for my order because none of it was what I was expecting to receive based on their website, especially considering I spent a fair amount for it to be. I think bad advertising, lack of attention to detail, and lack of truthfulness is what the issue is here. Especially since I informed them it was their error and the representative did not disagree, but then proceeded to ask me for more information and insist that I pay return shipping when, again, it was not in my error.

We're very happy to offer a refund to this customer, and we've let her know previously that she just needs to return them to us for a full refund.

I am happy to cover the cost of her shipping, so we can close this case and all move on. She has now been reimbursed for the shipping costs. As soon as we receive the 4 t-shirts back, we'll proceed with a full refund.

Again, putting the weight of the company's error and lack of transparency on the customer, and trying to negate my experience by saying "Wow look at all of these positive reviews we have, look at all of these things that have control over being posted on our website" meanwhile, there are others on social media and otherwise who have had similar experiences to mine and also do not see the supposed quality of the products or services. A 5 dollar refund does not suffice to cover the tracks of the lack of transparency and just real dishonesty, and to be quite frank, just general disrespect that I have experienced from this company. The amount of time and energy and soon to be money that I have wasted in this venture is atrocious. None of my questions were answered, just met with "return it to us", and now met with "We have positive reviews", meanwhile I've experienced the opposite and this company fails to address that or any of the questions I've raised. My issue is with more than just being sent the wrong size shirt. When a company is dishonest or lacking in transparency on every level of their business, there is something seriously wrong.
