My gas tank was damaged during testing of a self-alarmI arrived to pick up my vehicle, the tech tested the vehicle while standing outside of it making it impossible to cut off any kind of problems as pushing the break pedal would do, so after attempts to start it went for a 3rd attempt making a horrific noise accompanied by a secondary noise I later found out was my gas tanks buckling in on itself and explains why we both smell gas suddenly during testingThe tech very quickly opened the door & pushed down break pedal & was well aware of the ODD noises & gas smell cause he pointed out & I just had a new tank installed by D&D auto onI talked to custserv and was told that if a mechanic says it could be possible they would indeed helpI didn't even touch it and it was damagedI recently discovered all of this while getting oil change & tank was visible then had it checked out by D&D & confirmed

Vehicle tintingThey quoted me $with $off I pulled up the website and received a quote for $239, They would not honor the price The acknowledged that is was a pricing error and they said they would only knock $off the price They had my vehicle in the back and had not started the job When I questioned the price all of the sudden they had already started the job I have screenshots of the the quote and how they changed their website shortly thereafter 6/4/ My sales rep was *** *** He called *** apparently the boss and he said that was all they could do The job was already started and that was that I reluctantly paid the $and left The job was well done however the pricing issue left me feeling like it was a bait and switch

Complete disregard for customer property, customer service, and satisfaction
Upon arrival to inspect my vehicle after receiving a window tint service, the first thing I noticed was very apparent scratches all along the rear of my vehicleThis was a classic vehicle, all original, that has been cared for meticulously over its lifetimeThat being said any imperfections were undoubtedly accounted for prior to the service
