We were very pleased with the entire process of hiring The Specialists for our carpet cleaning needs. From the initial phone call for setting up an appointment to get an estimate, changing the date, to the final cleaning, the process was easy, the people involved friendly, flexible, and professional. The technicians were quick, light-hearted at work, kept us appraised of their progress, and discussed any special issues along the way. No need to look further for carpet cleaning needs. We will try out their other services at another time.

Over 40 years of home ownership, I have hired many carpet cleaning companies. But since I started using The Specialists three years ago, I don't bother checking out other companies. They are not always the cheapest, but they are the best, hands down. My carpets always look great, the customer service is superb and the staff are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

I was in a bind and James came out on very short notice. He did an awesome job cleaning around 1600 square feet of carpet, a 7 piece sectional, a chair and two ottomans. His pricing was reasonable and I would definitely recommend him.

We would definitely recommend the Specialist for carpet and tile cleaning. Very responsive when making appointment. I explained that we needed the carpet and tile cleaned before we moved in our newly purchased home. I called and they setup an estimate appointment for a Saturday and they agreed to come out on that Sunday if we agreed to the estimate. It was 102 degrees that Sunday the a/c was not working but James still came out and did the work. He is very personable and explained every step. Great company will use them again and again.

The Specialist carpet cleaning owned by James is superior. He recently (once again) cleaned my carpets and literally they are like new; they feel it and look it! He has the latest in carpet cleaning equipment. He also is knowledgeable and honest and just great! His business is expanding and so he is training techs. Joe who was with him did a great job and even fixed the legs on my chaise that I didnt know were loose.

James and his assistant Matthew just finished cleaning our carpets. Fantastic job, as usual. Our 12-year old carpets look like new. James is always such a personable and pleasant person to deal with and his assistant is equally so. I can't imagine ever using anyone else, once we've seen what magic James can work.

I have used The Specialist rug cleaning company twice now and I am very pleased with the service. James is very knowledgable, courteous and prompt. He does not use chemicals that would harm my dogs. Each time my carpet has come back clean and no strong odors. I will not use another company, I am so pleased with The Specialist.
