RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Although some of the scratches may not be consistent with the brush rotation, others are. Specifically, the spiral scratches between the windshield and drivers side window. What Mr. [redacted] does not understand is the brushes are NOT what scratched the car, it was foreign matter on the brushes. The movement of that foreign matter could be manipulated by not only the brushes but from the water pressure, blowers, gravity, and other things. This seems to be confirmed by the fact the scratches are all on high points of my body line. Seeing all the scratches appeared at the same time, and immediately after the car wash, common sense suggests they are all from the same source. I feel I have a strong case and will be taking the matter up in small claims court. In the meantime, please update your records to show an unresolved complaint and substandard customer service based on the fact I have never received a call or any other follow up from [redacted] Shell. We feel the scratches present did not come from our car wash.  The scratches are running the wrong direction from what our brushes would leave if they did scratch as vehicle.  I apologize for not communicating that back to the consumer as our position on the claim.  The incident...
