**thanks for letting us know and we at senior management certainly apologize we take great pride not only in the beauty and fun of our facility but in our customer service That is why customers more then a million customers per year visit our acre facility In our peak summer times we add summer staff, high school and college kids who are trained by us and are usually terrific with all our customers In your instance, that apparently did not happen, so again we apologize The kids in question were all spoken to and written up with a warning thanks again for visiting us and caring to alert us ***

Review: Two employees working at this business were not children friendly and were very rude to the parents. Even after talking to the manager he stated he was surprised because they are usually very nice. I am not sure if they were just having a bad day or didn't want to deal with [redacted]. This event occurred on June 21st at 3 p.m. Will not be returning to this business or recommending to family, friends, fellow [redacted] families, etc. After speaking with manager on duty, not sure if anything will be done.Desired Settlement: Fixed the customer service and professionalism of staff.
