I have a 2015 New [redacted] Camry in which I went to have done tinting to the Co. and also the alarm. The alarm start giving me problem it used to sound in middle of night 3 to 4 days a week. I called Mr. [redacted] and he say bring it in when I am free I will do the work on it. He did work 3 to 4 times but it was still like that.

I have to go to Los Angeles to my uncles funeral and was having same problem again and again there. When I called him from there he say bring the car here. I Had to come back to fix the problem and go back for Prayer meeting with family. .

Mr. [redacted] wanted me to leave my car in his Garage for a day I did that to but still he could not fix it I was very upset and told him that it is a false alarm Please do something and I need this to fix. He asked me Two days he have to order the motor. When I went back (1/14/15) the day I was told at that time he was working on other car. I ask him when you will work on my car then he told me again come next day . .I ask him to take out the alarm right now I can not be running like this I had the appointment with youtoday (1/16/15). . He asked me open the car which I did then he took the alarm out from my car and left alarm in garage. I still have 2 remote and ask him give me money back and I give you the remote. He didn’t say anything. ( I still have remote. ) I Had Stroke the next day after I came back from Los Angeles. On 1/21/15

Since he took the alarm out I cannot open the car boot with my [redacted] key before it was okay I have been calling him and left so many messages but no reply I am a sick person I had hemiparesis (stroke) on my left hand and legs so do not want to take any stress I was in hospital from jan 22nd to Febary 13th . . my new car is in my garage and I need to be fix.
