The Sprich Group-Keller Williams

I will be stating as a review and have been stating how awefull [redacted] and [redacted] are in Keller Williams reality. We had attempted to buy a home 7 months ago and very much deceived with results signing a contract thinking the home was a ranch home and after obtaining own banker and calling county found out it was in fact a mobile home, already signed contract attempted to contact another realitor and lawyer nto find out it was to late, then after not having a home to live in, living from place to place homeless with hopes to have a place to settle down, for 7 months waiting, after holidays not having a place to live and realitors promises soon was all we hear. It was the most degrading horrible experience ever lived. Would not like or wish these realitors to be yours in any way, they are good at what they do, con and verrrry crooked people. Still having nightmares saying it is what it is, is what they kept saying. If it wasn't for an honest banker who started guiding us before thanksgiving we would have lost everything we owned, she guided up and if you ever what a recommendation I will give it to you, she was not for an aspumptson loan to hide every flaw the sellers had, like no heat, no piping, water damage you name it, she made them fix it before we could have it, due to the locked contract, with our stupidity, she made it possible to make it legal and real. I will give her name if asked, hind-, anyways, after 7 months of homelessness and giving all the money we had, we didn't have the 1 year required for insurance on the home so we borrowed from the realitors of 900 dollars without seeing the print that stated within 1 month it is 1330 with 10%interest and a late fee of 70 dollars. Don't wish this on anyone, please don't do what we did and give 2 thousand good faith and pay the realitor before she did her work. I always learn the hard way but [redacted] was cooked and please learn from my mistakes.
